Currently, I am now "retired" and moved to Weimar, Tx. My daughter and son-in-law teach at the high school and I accepted a position as the Elementary School Librarian - Long Story! I purchased a smaller older house in Weimar and am spending my time (and money) fixing up this house and working at the Library. Of course, I am also able now to involve myself with my 6th grade granddaughter and my 2nd grade grandson. I have found a wonderful little country church that I attend and play the organ. Of course, I am no longer taking dancing lessons and competing, but get to Polka with all the German and Czechs in the community here. The biggest adjustment I have had to make is to slow down. I clock in at 7:30 and clock out at 4pm. (Original Note)Husband passed away in 2004. Still working way too much, but have taken up Ballroom Dancing for the last 4 years. Competing locally. Love the Fox Trot, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Tango as well as the Latin Dances, Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing
Do Country and Western, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Bolero, etc. Anyone else in the class dancing?

Love living around Houston, Texas. Parents and brother deceased. Sister-in-law living in the Indianapolis area with her 3 daughters. After graduation, went into nursing at the old Norton Memorial Infirmary in Louisville. Started working on a BSN and finally graduated in 1981 with a BSN from the U of Alabama where I was living at the time. Moved to Corpus Christi, TX and started on an Masters in Nursing, moved to Amarillo, changed to MBA, and finally moved to Jonesboro, Ar where I continued to pursue an MBA. I moved to Lake Jackson, Tx to be close to my first granddaughter, and later moved to Kingwood after my husband passed away.
