Good morning all... I have a special edition of the song of the day just for Heidi's impending nuptials. Congratulations Heidi!

I have an entire playlist for the day, it's a little bit of this and a little bit of that:

Billy Idol "White Wedding"

Haircut 100 "Love Plus 1"

Cutting Crew "I Just Died in Your Arms"

LL Cool J "I Need Love"

White Snake "Is this Love"

Yaz/Yazoo "Only You"

ABC "Look of Love"

Journey "Open Arms"

Style Council "You’re the Best Thing"

Bon Jovi "Living on a Prayer"

Enjoy!

Kris B. I voted for you. I may have been the only one, but I voted for you. I was not only upset you didn't win....I was down right pissed off. Almost skipped the dance because of it! I did log an official protest, just for the record.

Lisa M. I voted for you. I may have been the only one, but I voted for you....blah, blah, blah.

Should maybe have done two posts. Crap!

Joe, when can we expect Anchor Bay 48047 to be on some cable channel? Maybe the kid that played Vinnie on Dougie Hoser could play you. Or Ralph Machio.

Krista - does your husband have a brother Brian? I think I played softball with Wayne many years ago. Ask him if he remembers the Presbees?

Heidi,

Congrats and Enjoy!!! Sarah

Heidi, hope you got my text message!!! Congrats and have an awesome day. Miss you.

Soooo dress code. I will be dressing up but it will not be formal. But it is an excuse to visit Patridge Creek. Just like Carl said. Like a New York night club. High heel boots, etc. The rest is a mystery. Although depending on where I eat Thankgiving dinner the day before I may have to have a complete wardrobe change. This drives my husband nuts!!! That is just what girls do.

Kris... ummmm.... who the hell is Mike Huff? of course it was Jimmy Huff.... Mike Huff is a football player in the NFL... ugh... beers, old age, and a fuzzy memory lead to mistakes on the message board...

Joey memory.... its all on paper. He kept a diary all through high school and some college. He calls it a "journal" which is just a masculine way of saying "diary"....

sorry joey, i am just a little pissed that most of your entries started with "today, jeff was being a real jerk... i didnt note why, but i noted that he was being a jerk... i dont know what that jerk did, but i noted that jeff was being a jerk. so i told him he was being a jerk" ... "later that night we played cards at jeffs house"

Krista.... remember when Dennis and Stacey actually dated each other? that was hilarious!

Heidi, congrats on your big day! Also, thank you for your service to our country. Looks like another person that can attest to the many moves that come with military service.

High School memory of the day: 9th grade gym when we had about a month of dance classes. I used to dance with Julie Fournier (had a crush on her) but since there were more guys than girls in class, we had to rotate and someone would always cut in. Never went to a high school dance so those dance classes did not pay off until 1997 when I started swing dancing.

I remember that month of dance in gym class. I had it first hour - not a way to start your day - lol. What was the name of the line dance that we did? Was it the Amos Moses?

Jennifer Schwab

Oh my gosh Tracy I remember that dance but I think I'm blocking the name. My brain wants desperately to forget most things involving gym class.

Hi All!

So, who has a room booked (or is planning to book) at the Westin Cadillac? Maybe it's because I am slow on the take, but I just booked this morning. The price was $200...WOW! I wonder what that includes??? Hopefully, something enjoyable! LOL!
My boy "Darrell" there didn't see that any rooms were blocked off for our group. Just making sure I (we) are not the only ones with a room in the darkness of "D Hall".
I am bringing Mr. Reggio as my date!

Peace Out :O)

Tracy, I've already booked a room at the Book Caddy. They're running a $129/night Thanksgiving weekend special. Here's the link:

Scroll down to Eat, Drink and Be Thankful for the special.

to the person asking about Vicky Church..

She married Bill Edens around 1992 or so and they have two daughters.. But I lost contact with them around 96.. If anyone else know more pass it on..

Dress Code:

Reggio and I are coming in drag!

10/10/08 01:04 PM #357

Tracy Abbott

Yes! We would take the "Green Hornet" (Green Concord) with the fake car phone antenna on the rear window! It also had a fake car phone inside that I would occasionally put up to my ear and talk into while driving. Only "ballers" had car phones in the 80's! Wow...things have changed!

What was Reggio thinking?? Do things like that still happen in high school?

10/10/08 01:08 PM #358

Rai Ann Bentley (Marrocco)

That is funny, I forgot about the car. I am cracking up at that thought. Remember when Frank Cilluffo and I got into a fight and Reggio threw the erasers at us and sent us to the hall. Then the big punishment was to send us the Burger King together in the same car. He thougth he was torturing us..LOL I loved him as a teacher. Is he still at Anchor Bay???

10/10/08 04:12 PM #359

Kristine Boggess (Wargo)

mike, i now know why i always loved you. you are a smart smart man. thanks for the vote and protest. wink.

i did find the calander that was made in high school. boy the gals have some hair, i guess we all had some hair.

jeff, i am sure 'mike' huff will forgive you. your brain maybe pickled. it happens.

i have been trying email individuals but it says the link is down. do we know why?

10/10/08 05:08 PM #360

Jennifer Schwab

Kris, the site administrator's email is info@classcreator.com. I think he's ignoring my email now because I keep emailing him asking why this site is always going down and is "undergoing maintenance" even in the middle of the day.

Maybe you could email him and ask him why the messaging system is down too. Though I think the real reason he might be ignoring me is because after he sent me a snippy email, I sent him one and called him a dick. lol.

10/10/08 06:55 PM #361

Kristine Boggess (Wargo)

Jen, calling someone dick usually does not work out. i know this from experience.

maybe we use the site so much, it is overwhelmed!

now, back to attire for the night. are we talking cute little black numbers or to the floor with diamonds?

guys, suits and ties or what?

10/10/08 07:32 PM #362

Jennifer Schwab

Kris - lol, I know but he got me all riled up after he sent me a really rude snippy email. Generally, I try to take a more reasonable tack.

The dress I'm hoping to wear (if I fit into it) is a pretty black knee-length dress cocktail dress. Lee will probably wear just a nice shirt and suit jacket and dress pants. But nothing too super dressy. I doubt he'll even wear a tie.

10/10/08 07:39 PM #363

Christine Meldrum (Babisch)

I calling you Kristine because I can't remember what I used to call you. But I like Kristine better!! I'm thinking little black numbers. No formal stuff. Makes people to stuffy and uncomfortable. Let's have funnnn. I'm sure as drunk as some of us may get you wouldn't want to rip any nice dress right??? LOL!!

Hey Tracey Abbott, how you dddooiiinnn??? I'm staying at the Book Caddy too. Call the guy back and get the $129 rate. That is what I received from that link. I am glad you are coming. I always enjoyed your company.

I have not experienced the site going down. That is not good. I like the fun stories. Cracks me up at work. Are we killing it with our smutt???

10/10/08 07:42 PM #364

Christine Meldrum (Babisch)

Cocktail dresses are fun too!!! It is hard to plan for that time of year. It could be cold or a little warm. Crazy Michigan. As long as it is not snowing then it will be nice. WHHOOOPPPSSS!!! Did I say snow..

Chris G- I've been in the Navy for 20, getting ready to retire in December. I did a deployment in Bagram, Afghanistan for seven months last year. I worked with the 82nd and 10th Mountain units.

I know the pain of moving, when I transferred to Texas and registered my daughter for high school, I listed 8 previous schools. Of course Hurricane Katrina was to blame for one of the schools.

Ok this is going to be wierd but I had a dream last night about Murphy and Ales and we were going to a party. Go figure!! They of course had to wait for me to get ready. Blah, blah, blah. The funniest part is that they both had boobies and they kept squeezing them. Then I woke up with a headache. I think I am on this site too much. I am actually finishing work at 10:00pm so this a good distraction while I wait. Good night and no more dreams!!!

chris
