I have always lived in Illinois, although I love to camp and travel! We've visited 34 states with our children.

High points in your life since high school:

The high points in my life surround my family. I married my husband, Greg in 1996 and we have three children. I recently became department chairperson of Developmental Reading at South Suburban College. I LOVE my job and feel blessed that I have the opportunity to help others on a daily basis.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love spending time with my children and family. They are all very active in sports and activities - we follow them everywhere! I also enjoy reading and walking Old Plank Trail.
