News from Class of '62

Just trying to add items that may interest some in our class, especially out of towners, since many of us had quite a bit of interaction with the class of '62. Will post information as it becomes available.

Karen G. Devries, 70, died Nov. 30, 2014, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She had been fighting severe arthritis and dementia for some time .She was born July 18, 1944, in Newton, the daughter of Clarence and Estella McGee Perry.

Survivors include: her children, Jean Parker of Hutchinson, and Jason Hanke of Wichita; her sister, Sandra Walton of Wichita; three grandchildren, Brandon Royston, Nicole LaGree, Lutisha Davis; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, William Harrist; a daughter, Shawn Remington; and sister, Betty Baerg.
