Participated in my first triathalon on July 26th. The event was held at Onieda Shores. Sponsored by Iron Girl. 800 meter swim, 30K bike and 5k run.

If you have ever considered doing a triathalon, I highly recommend it. It was an awesome expierence.

My overall time was 2:04:30, placinig 335 out of 462.
I can't wait to do another.

I am sorry so to hear about Chuck's passing.   We met Sophomore year when he was my lab partner.  Our lives have intersected many times since then.  He was a great guy.  My condolences to his family and any of this many friends.
