Retired from Amoco (now BP) in 1996 after 30 years. I beat breast cancer during my last two years at Amoco feeling worn out, took early retirement. We moved to Missouri in 1998. There I became involved in equine-assisted therapy. I earned my Recreational Therapy certification from NARHa, now called PATH, and worked/volunteered at Haw Creek Therapy Center in Missouri for 11 years.
