My memories of Larry are that he was personable and a striver. He engaged in whatever he did with energy and enthusiasm. He had strong leadership qualities and was highly competitive. He was also sensitive to people. On one occassion that I recall, he showed particular compassion, just because it was the kind thing to do. He accomplished a lot in his time here. I am one of the many people who miss him.
