Celestine "Tina: Sousa (Goodwin) '60 informs us that our classmate and her longtime friend Joann Fowler (McNeanny) '60 has passed away in Kingman, AZ.  Joanne left O'Dowd after our sophomore year, in 1958.  Bishop O'Dowd, which has provided some information on students who transferred to other high schools, could not provide any information on Joann.

Although details are lacking, Joann reportedly was taken by a family member to a local hospital after feeling ill, became unresponsive enroute and never regained consciousness. Due to estranged relations, Joann's sister Marylou Drummeller was able to provide very limited information to Tina.  Date of Joann's death is not known, but likely occurred in 2014 or 2015.
