The day I graduated from college, after walking thru graduation ceremony, I rushed to my dorm room to put curlers in my hair and then drove the hour to my grandparent house to walk down the isle to get married. Our original wedding date was Oct 7th, but my grandfather was terminally ill and we both wanted him to be part of our day. So, two weeks before the date, when he took a turn for the worse, we rescheduled the date to graduation day since family would already be here. I got married in his front yard, my step dad did the ceremony. It was perfect. We kept our original wedding date in October and renewed our vowes in the Catholic church for family and friends who couldn't be at the first one.

I worked at VPDS architecture/engineering firm for two years after college, then came to work for Ray Haase Htg and A/C in May of 2002. I've been here since, with the exception of the 2 years I took off to take care of the babies that I had back to back. WOW! that was a challenge! My life is full and I love it that way. I'm amazed everyday at where I am and how blessed we have been.

School Story:

So many fun times with all of my friends in college. The older I get, the more I miss the carefree lift of college. Why were we in such a hurry to graduate???

For me, dorm life was a blast! the 2 am walks to the pantry, the walking down the halls and seeing everyone's doors open, being able to go to anyone's room and hang out. the cd socials, the parties. it was all priceless. Cheering was so much fun too! From the formals, to Hawaii, and just every day life in the dorm, so many great memories!!
