Donna was such a special lady. She was a devoted friend to many and shared her love for life with all of us. She had such a big, loving heart. Her life in Alexandria, Va. & Washington D.C. area was adventurous and cultural. Donna loved living among the museums and theaters. When Donna was battling her cancer, her two sons, Dan and Christopher, along with their wives were nuturing and lovingly caring for her. The wonderful loves of her life were her beautiful grandchildren. Donna and I made such wonderful memories together......from childhood through our teenage years....into our older years. I miss her very much. Again, she was such a special lady. With love from her friend, Rosemary Rohrich Gieseking (Donna passed away on December 14, 2006)
