To my Jewish friends and to the people of Israel know there are those Americans who stand united with you. God be with you and your families as you are not alone. Israel strong. As you celebrate today please think to take a moment of silence for those classmates who are no longer with us and for those family and friends who are suffering as a result of the recent events in Israel and to think of those who cannot celebrate. I am hoping some took a moment to think about what I mentioned ..even if done today rather than yesterday. From a "bigger picture" perspective any who have reached our points in life might take a moment to reflect on those who did not get here 50yrs on...I'm sure most of our friends had aspirations and dreams and would have liked to see their own lives had continued....Maybe just as a sign of respect that these who have now passed were our classmates, our friends , that we shared our times and experiences with,..... and that their lives mattered to us.

My colleagues and I are developing a not-for-profit documentary on “mysterious medical syndromes”. We are profiling common but often missed diagnoses - mast cell activation, postural orthostatic tachycardia, and hypermobile joint syndromes.
There is a 17% chance that one of your family or friends has mast cell activation syndrome which causes common inflammatory and allergic symptoms and syndromes. People suffer for decades and are “dismissed” by doctors yet they are treatable when recognized.
MCAS symptoms include chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, migraines, allergic symptoms of the eyes and nose, ringing of ears, hives, itching, flushing, chest pain, nausea, irritable bowel, bloating, muscle and joint pain, restless legs, fainting, bladder pain, and other problems.
Happy Birthday Denise.... from the earliest days of North Side School
Happy Birthday to you Rob.....from one of your youngest friends
Welcome Jeff....Hope you are doing well..
Susan, I read the news today regarding the passing of your husband. I wanted to pass on my sympathies and to let you know your family and you are in my thoughts. God be with you during this difficult time.

Happy Birthday Classmate ...
