Right out of high school I joined the Marine Corps. After serving my time I went back to school. I got most of my way through an electrical engineering degree, but bit off more than I could chew with that. I settled for an associate degree in electronics technology. Soon after I found my way into computer support. I have been working for the last 10 years for IBM. I love what I do. There are always new challenges and problems to solve.

Just one month out of school I shipped out to Marine Corps boot camp. The Corps sent me to stations in California, Okinawa Japan, and North Carolina. I loved the time I spent in the Corps. I learned a lot about myself and became more self diciplined. I never quite fit in though. I was never one for just doing what I was told.

I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to run. My sister, nephews my son and I run a few marathons a year. I meander around a bit, but always look for new challenges be they mental or physical.

I have traveled all over. While in the Marine Corps I lived in Okinawa Japan for a year. I also traveled to various countries in Europe both as a civilian and in the Corps. I have been to several Carribian islands to SCUBA dive.
