Began my broadcasting career at WTOD (remember the Top 40 blockbuster?). Did news for WTOL-TV (reporter, photographer, weekend producer/assignment editor, and weekend anchor). Also taught Senior English for TPS at the same time at Scott and Macomber. Taught summer school for two summers at BGSU while working on MA. Became chief photographer for WTOL, then moved to Executive News Producer for 24-News. Corporate Communications for Owens-Illinois. Senior partner in North Shore Group ad agency and McMann & Tate Agency. Moved to Dana Corporation for Corporate Communications and senior video producer. When Dana filed bankruptcy, I went back to teaching - primarily at Bowsher H.S. and now at Toledo Technology Academy (TTA) - the greatest H.S. in TPS. I love my job. The kids are awesome. Still working and have no plans to retire. My kids would have a fit if I did I currently teach American Government, Economics, Contemporary History (I lived all of it), Yearbook, and Video Production. Been to Europe 3X. Favorite city is Amsterdam. I admit that my four years of French with Rose Campbell at Clay came in handy. (Plus, I minored in French at BGSU).

Did several concerts in Detroit at the Senate Theatre and some at the Ohio Theatre in Toledo.
