I'm not sure who has the facilities, or knows someone who knows someone that can print up the shirts, but I whipped together a few possible designs,

Hey Mike, maybe we can set up a "vote for your favorite shirt" link here on the page? This is just a teeny little example image, when a favorite is chosen, I'd be glad to create a larger image in whatever resolution & format the chosen screenprinter requests. Then again, y'all might think that my shirts suck... :P

For any out of town travelers or those who don't want to go back to reality the night of the reunion the Country Inn and Suites is ready to go. Just ask for Jennifer in sales and mention CSHS 20 year reunion and you'll be set. If there are any problems please let me know...

Hi all, the Homer Glen - Mokena question threw me. I did not realize the reunion is not at the Dinalfo's on La Grange which is virtually next to a hotel. The address of the reunion is of the "new" Dinolfo's. Thats 8 miles from the hotel. Is anyone familiar with Homer Glenn enough to say if there are closer hotels?

We're a go! Here's the link to our online store for the reunion T-shirts! 6 designs available, we opted for no markup to make them as affordable as possible!

I'll update with timeframes when they get back to me with that info!

Hey, Mike... Should I design an "US" reunion gig t-shirt?

Yes... Yes I should. :P

Mark - Great job on the designs and for setting up the site!

The US t-shirt is awesome!

Hey all, I saw the T-shirts, nice job! Quick question though, am I reading it correctly that the two female specific shirts are actually (and I quote) "Women's Plus" and START at size 16? Just double checking... Thanks, Jamie :)

To clarify, the yellow and blue shirts were intended as unisex, and were gonna be the only options originally. The Jersey I just kind of did 'cuz I liked it after seeing it on the site. The Plus-size women's shirts were created after an email asking if there were going to be plus-sized shirts available. (Unfortunately, they only made them in Black or white, so I made both.) And the "US reunion T-shirt" was because I thought it was funny. :P If there's other styles of shirts desired, let me know, I can try to add them to the store.

OH, and they just let me know about time frame! Orders will ship within 72 hours of being placed!

Now somebody bring me a shrubbery. One that looks nice, and not too expensive.

I ordered and received my t-shirt from Cafepress last week. I love it! They ship very fast.

Hi guys and more importantly girls,

There has been some discussion amongst my friends about the attire for that evening. Do we need to dig out our old prom dresses? Are we treating this as a formal event or a business casual event? Any imput would be appreciated.

And yes I am writing this at 7 on a Friday night. See what three kids do to your social life!!!

Friday night - I'm not even going to shower and just showing up in sweats and slippers, but since the reunion is at a banquet hall shouldn't it be dressy? I'm not saying prom formal, but at last dressy like a casual wedding?

Kristen M. Wagner (Markett)

I think most people would want to dress as if going to a wedding for Saturday night. But anything goes. Will there be a posting for Friday night. Is McDivot's a go?

08/26/08 05:13 PM #15

Mike Helman

Yes Kristen, when we receive confirmation about anything planned for Friday night this website will be the second to know.

We added a survey for Friday, Sept. 19th. Please fill it out so we can plan accordingly. Answer all that apply. Thanks!

Final details will be posted on Monday, September 8th on the main page and in the reunion section!

Ladies....if I dug out my old Prom dress I would look like "Glynda the good Witch" from the Wizard of Oz.........not to mention I wouldn't fit my fat rear into it! :)

I just found about the reunion this week...ironic since I'm working at Sandburg still. I don't know if I can make it due to my sister's bridal shower, but if I can, can I pay at the door?

I really wish I could come but I will be in Los Angles for a wedding I do hope you all have a great time, and post some pictures up here after all the events.

We purchased this site for 1 year. So we will certainly try to post some great pictures!

The halls of Sandburg sure have changed! A bit confusing for my first time there in 20 years, but quite nice. It was enjoyable going down memory lane last night with my husband and children there to see what my life was like before them. I even brought them down the band hall which was where I had most of my fun as music always was and always will be my passion. We spent a few minutes in the crowded stands of the football field which helped to bring my high school past full circle. I liked getting reaquainted with some people and even meeting a few that I didn't know very well back then. I look forward to seeing and talking to more classmates tonight at the banquet. By the way, I never heard whether there was going to be a Sunday picnic... please update if you know the details, if any. Thanks, Jennifer

Those kids at Sandburg now sure are lucky! The school has almost completely changed. I recognized 2 of the gyms and that's about it.
They've done an awesome job with the additions!

Kudos to all that helped to plan and pull off the reunion (Helman, Miller women, Laura, etc). Your hard work is much appreciated and I'm sure that everyone feels the same way. As a person who was really not going to go, I was glad that I did. It was great to reconnect with people that I've lost touch with, and catch up on what has been going on. Again, thanks.

Blake

Well Blake, truth be told - we weren't really going to invite you, but I'm glad that we did. I missed you man! haahaa.

Seriously, the two reunion nights were awesome. It was great to see everyone.

Barb, thanks for getting the ball rolling and doing the grunt work. And thanks to the other ladies - Laura, Lori, Pat, Sandy and Danielle for helping big-time!

...now where's my aspirins?

The reunion was sooooooo much fun I was thinking that if anyone is interested....if any locals ever want to get together for dinner/drinks or just drinks, that would be fun too. Since I don't have kids I can drive down there so my schedule is pretty flexible. My parents still live in Palos Heights so I'm down there frequently anyway. I can even get my sister to come along too since she lives in Oak Forest.

If anyone is interested my e-mail address is Meryl70@sbcglobal.net, home phone is 847-458-2929, work is 847-248-3783 (you can call me anytime at work...no one ever does since the invention of instant messaging here at work). I would like to keep in touch with my old friends from HS and since I live in what you guys consider "Up North" (yes its cold here in Alaska...ha ha) its hard to stay in touch.

Michelle Halstead...I still have that $2 in my car....ha ha.

Thanks to all of you who helped put the party together. That was the most fun I've had in a LONG time.
