Cecil was a very good friend of mine. I miss our conversations and get togethers/dinners, when he would come to Orlando for a convention or meetings.
Somehow Cecil always knew, even while being 1000 miles away, when I was depressed and didn't want to see or talk to anyone. He would blow my phone up and text me every 10 minutes until I answered. At one point the calling went on for 2 days, he never gave up on me.
I was always amazed by his persistance and determination to get the outcome he wanted for whatever he set his mind to.
Cecil you will NEVER be forgotten.
