Phillis Kitchen Jackson

I married early and had my two beautiful children Rick York and Carmel York. In the late 60's I went to Amarillo College.
In 1973 I married Ken Jackson who had a sweet daughter age 4. I became a stocks and Commodities Broker until 1986 when we had our daughter.
At that point I stayed home for the next 4 years raising our daughter, Ashley and helping on the farms. In 1991 I started selling Real Estate at Prudential Ada REALTORS in Amarillo. I have enjoyed buying and selling real estate from then until the present.
In 1999 I purchased controlling interest in Athlan Mortgage, a full service Mortgage company and ran the company until the present day with reverse mortgages being my specialization.
In 2001 I closed the second reverse mortgage in Texas, and have continued the business assisting in the education and guidance for seniors considering
the, sometimes confusing and exciting process of their retirement.
I am involved in client education, as well as CE Training for REALTORS and Financial Planners.
All the while, my family has been and is the most important part of my life.
