Sara Clendenon Destifino, 59, of Panama City, Florida passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 2:30 a.m. with family at her side.
She was born on September 25, 1954 in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Sara loved to decorate and could turn anything she touched into a master piece. She was a natural Interior decorator.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Virginia A.Clendenon, and one brother Barry Clendenon.
Sara is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 40 years Daniel R. Destifino (Rusty); two sons, Adam Destifino and Vince Destifino and wife Beth; four grrandchildren Autumn Destifino,Joshua Belosic, John Belosic and Dyllan Thompson; two sisters Linda and husband DanWard and Aurlita and husband Tommy Swain; Mother -in-law Mary Destifino, three sister -in-laws Kathy and Husband Mike Danford, Valeri and Husband Floyd Danford, and Susan and Husband Jamie Long; one brother-in-law Tommy Destifino and wife Sharon. She also leaves to cherish her memory 17 nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Historical St. Andrews Church located at 1004 Chestnut, Ave. 32401
