Steve Jennings, 64, of Lynn Haven, Florida passed away Friday, April 19, 2019, surrounded by family, after battling cancer. 

He was born September 2, 1954 in Panama City. He recently retired from Westrock Papermill as an electrician. He was a member of the Lynn Haven United Methodist Church and the IBEW Local 624. Steve graduated high school from Bay High in 1972. He was known for his dedication to family and friends, hard work, kind, loving and humble nature.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Fatrus Junior Jennings; mother, Erma Jean Hoffman Jennings and a brother, Ronnie Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Linda Henderson Jennings; three children, Angela Michelle Jennings, Taylor, Mandy Renee Jennings Jost (DJ Jost), Chris Jennings (Amanda Moses). Steve was Gramps to six beloved grandchildren, Nolan Carter Taylor, Madyson Renee Jost, Baylee Joseph Jost, McKynzie Moses-Jones, Harper Moses-Jennings, and John Daniel Cutright; brother, Keith Jennings (Charlotte); and a sister, Debbie Brooks (Larry). In addition, Steve was a beloved uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 1-2 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Donations can be given to the American Cancer Society if you wish to donate.
