Lanier-Andler Funeral Home Sneads, Florida 850-593-9900 Mr. Davie Lee Dunn, II, 63, a native of Richmond, Virginia passed away peacefully in Marianna, Florida. Residing in the Sneads area the majority of his life, he retired as a Correctional Officer Sergeant with Apalachee Correctional Institution and was a member of Salem Wesleyan Church of Sneads, Florida. He was proud to be an Honorary Member of the Sheriffs Boys Ranch and a member of the National Rifle Association. Davie is survived by his loving wife, Patti Dunn of Sneads, Florida; his mother and step-father, Deloris and Jim Mincey of Panama City, Florida; his children, Victoria Martin and her husband Adam of Panama City, Florida; Davie James (DJ) Dunn of Fountaine, Florida, Rodney Dunn and his wife Brandi of Burkburnette, Texas; Daniel Dunn and his wife Christie of Leesburg, Virginia; Donovan McClurg and his wife Mindy of Pace, FL, Larry Fickett, Jr. of Enterprise, AL; Ray Fickett and his wife Kristine of Dothan, AL; Melissa Fickett and her husband Richard of Oaklyn, New Jersey; and David Ammons of Sneads, Florida; his best friend and brother, Rickey Carlton and his wife Annette of Lakeland, Florida, and several other brothers and sisters; also fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation with the family will take place Monday, April 17, 2017, from 6:00 till 8:00 PM CDT, at Salem Wesleyan Church. Funeral Service will commence Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at 11:00 AM CDT, also at the Salem Wesleyan Church followed by Committal and Interment Service at Dykes Cemetery.
