Dan Mathis, 58, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sept. 8, 2013.
He is survived by his father, Daniel Mathis; wife, Jocelyn Mathis; children, grandchildren, siblings, and a host of other relatives and friends.
By personal request, the remains will be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at North Bay Community Church, 1706 Flowers Ave Panama City, FL.
