Patsy “Pat” Mann Hawkins, 72, widow of the late Billy Joe “B.J.” Hawkins, died Friday March 26, 2021 at Baptist Health, Lexington, KY. 

She was born in Carlisle, KY to the late Harold and Bessie Applegate Mann. Pat loved to read and do genealogy research. She was also an avid bowler and a member of the Paris Church of Christ. 

She is survived by three children, David Hawkins, Lora (Ronnie) Irvin and Teri Hawkins; four grandchildren, Jake (Kandice) Irvin, Destiny (Brady Grose) Irvin, Luke Irvin and Easton Tubbs; two great grand children, Liam Grose and Tinsley Grose; two sisters, Janice (Steve) Biddle and Shirley Roe; two brothers, Paul (Kay) Mann and Jerry (Brenda) Mann and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Glenda Yazell, nephew, Todd Roe and niece, Lyndsay Mann. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday April 1, 2021 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Clay Leonard. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens, Paris, KY. 
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Irvin, Jake Irvin, Luke Irvin, Joshua Mann, Brent Mann and Quenton Pratt. 
Honorary pallbearers will be Easton Tubbs, Liam Grose and Tinsley Grose.
