For your convenience, I have compiled a list of several hotels with their addresses, phone numbers and websites. I have not blocked any rooms however, due to the fact that I must guarantee the numbers or I would be responsible if we don't meet our quota. I am not willing to do that.
My best suggestion is if you need to find a place to stay for the reunion that you start looking now. Most hotels will book up to 11 months out but some up to 13 months out. Don't wait because October is prime time for weddings, football games at Marist and West Point as well as fall foliage. Book now if possible.
