I just wanted to express my condolences, I might not be a true member of Peekskill High Schoool, but at the end I did garduate from Peekskill High School .. The 1960s was not easy for many of us, but I did attend Uriah Hill Elementary, and eventually went to Drum Hill. My true class is 1968, but I stayed back a year when I got sick when I was at Drum Hill. I remember many classmates from both classes 1968, the ones I knew since childhood, and the 1969 Class that I was fortunate enough to graduate with. My family had a home in Highland Park, so when I saw this latest in memory I had to respond. I was always quite shy, but I remember Lorraine, she was one of the "smart ones," She was always surrounded with other classmates, but I was one of her admirers from afar. High school and growing up is like that, you get to be around others of your same age who are developing . I always felt I was trying to catch up with many in my class, but I knew that they were more self aware. I sincerely want to thank everyone who keep this website updated, and know that even here in Chattanooga, Tennessee there are alumnus that stop in once in awhile to catch up on the latest news. Again Lorraine might not of remembered me, but I was one that admired her from afar, I was truly to shy to really get to know her, but I do remember her. My absolute best wishes to her family, she was a very special person.

Nice to get in contact with you again, I am also on Facebook if you want to check in that way. I live in Chattanooga, Tn for the past 17 years. I have two children, and three Grandchildren, and Mary and I have been together these past 12 years. Take some time, I still have many memories from Peekskill, been back a couple of times for a visit, still have a couple of friends who live in Garrison. Once again, nice to touch base with you again. We were best friends for a few years, remember.

I am very sorry to here of Felcia's passing. Many of us have now lived into our sixties, and we should all take a second to remember some of the people we knew from a long time ago. I have memories of Uriah Hill Elementary School, and all of the people I shared classes with. Rest in Peace  Felicia.

Thanks for the Reunion alert, but I doubt very much many would remember me, or I them. I enjoy visiting the website on occasion to see what is happening at PHS and Peekskill in general. As always you have always been most kind, and I compliment you on doing all of this hard work of connecting everyone. My best to Ron, and of course yourself, stay healthy, and maybe on my next trip to Peekskill I will again walk the grounds of my old PMA parade field, and visit the city of Peekskill. JP Harrington
