Happy, Happy Birthday Mike. Have a day as wonderful as you.
Hi Mike, We are getting closer every day to the reunion. I know Lil told me you work weekends, but this is the 50th we are all celebrating and the last reunion. I really hope you can make it. The deadline is Sept. 5th so please let me know if there is any chance you can be there. I hope all is well with you, Betsy
Hi Mike,
I hope all is well. You crossed my mind as I was looking at the web page and I thought I would reach out.
Life is interesting at my end. I ruptured my Achilles Tendon playing racquetball last month and just had it surgically reattached 3 weeks ago. It's going to be a while before I step back on the courts again......ah, the bumps and bruises of life!
Take care, Mike.

Hi Mike,
I meant to send you a reply to the email you sent earlier. Life is going well. I retired from classroom teaching but am still involved in education in some other ways. I stay as active as I can.My youngest son is 16 and still in Boy Scouts. So, I'm involved with that, also. I was never much of an outdoors person growing up. (It wasn't part of my upbringing) But, my son joined a Troop that did a lot of hiking and camping. I became a leader in the troop and learned about a world i missed growing up. When I started teaching the Wrestling coach managed to convince me to be his assistant and I started off coaching that. I went on to skiing, directing the school musical, and so forth. I still remain active and occasionally play a little racquetball. (At this age, I go to laugh and sweat. No intense competition here.)
BTW -- Do you happen to know Ray Fuentes? He is also an engineer for Metro North, He was a former student and now his son is in a Troop I started.
Thanks for reaching out. I hope all is well.
Kevin
