YOUNGSTOWN - Pauline Niggl, 68, of the city's west side, passed away peacefully Friday morning, June 1, 2018, at her home surrounded by the love of her family.

Pauline was born Sept. 11, 1949, in Peekskill, New York, a daughter of the late Frank and Pauline Baldino Neidhardt, and came to Youngstown in 1996 with her family.

Mrs. Niggl was a graduate of Peekskill High School in New York, and was a homemaker who also worked for Big Lots in Austintown for several years.

Pauline was a devoted wife and mother who loved the time she spent with her family.

Her husband of nearly 47 years, Gary E. Niggl, whom she married March 22, 1969, passed away March 3, 2016.

Pauline leaves three children, Pauline “Staci” (Don) Medeiros of Austintown, Carla (Michael) Cafarelli of Youngstown, and Rev. Gary E. Jr. (Michelle) Niggl of Austintown; 10 grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas (Holly), Chelsea (Joe), Bianca, Conrad (Casey), Thomas, Matthew, Gary, Gabrielle, and Grace; seven great-grandchildren, Rylee, Staci, Anna, Fiona, Aaiden, Ian, and Cathryn; a sister, Sharon Fischer of California; two brothers, Frank (Terry) Neidhardt of Florida and Carl (Robin) Neidhardt of New York; a brother-in-law, Ralph (Maureen) Niggl of New Jersey; sisters-in-law, Pam Neidhardt of Oklahoma and Kathy Neidhardt of Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, three brothers, Kurt, Gary, and Eric Neidhardt, and a brother-in-law, Conrad Niggl, preceded her in death.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service to be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 6, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478. Oklahoma City, OK 73123; or sent to 525 N. Broad St., Canfield, 44406.

Nancy Finch (Lynam)

So sorry to hear of Pauline’s death.  I remember her when we were kids and lived a block away from each other.  May her family find comfort, and may she Rest In Peace.
