I'm excited that we will shortly be offering weekly group discussions.  I'll post on here what we will be going over and questions to journal about.  Our first block of groups will be about the way we relate to food and our body image. Check back here soon for the time, conference number and information you'll need to prep for the call.  Hope to "hear" you all there.
