60th REUNION REGISTRATION
April 5, 6, 7, 2024

        Please complete the Registration Form below, and return it as soon as possible, along with your check for dinner ($25.00 per person). 

You may mail your completed form with CHECK to:  Catherine Schoenfeld, TCHS Class of 1964 Reunion, 132 Dowling St, Perry, Florida 32347.  Make checks payable to SEAMELIA HENDRY.  Payment is due by March 20, 2024. 

If you need motel reservations, we believe the following are fair to nice places to stay in Perry (*we cannot be responsible for any dissatisfaction with accommodations).  Accommodations are limited as some of the hotels that were available in the past are not suitable or are no longer in business.

(2      The Hampton Inn: 2399 S Byron Butler Pkwy, Perry, FL 32348 (850) 223-3000.

(When calling the Holiday Inn Express or The Hampton Inn, mention that you are in the reunion Class of 1964.  If you call early, they will try to put you near other classmates.)

* PLEASE NOTE:  The annual Bluegrass Festival is being held at Forest Capital Hall on Saturday, April 6, 2024 (same day as our reunion).  This may affect the room availability.  Therefore, you are encouraged to make your reservations now.

** If you wish to attend the festival during the day and prior to the Class Reunion Banquet, all classmates will be admitted free of charge but you will need to take a folding chair(s).  Arm bands will be available for free admission.  Please see one on the Planning Committee members.
