It's time for Trump to put all the sanctions on Russia, as many as we can all at once. A slow applications allows for adjustments over time. Putin needs to get hit hard all at once. Putin is all about delay and continue to inflict damage on Ukraine. He is a murderous evil POS!

Bill, I think you meant PUT all the sanctions on Russia.  "Drop" can be construed as removing and I'm sure that's not what you are suggesting?  I agree we need to punish him.  It's a shame the Russian people have to be punished in the process.  Most of them are against the war.

Jim, I can now see the humor in your post. It is sometimes hard to tell when you can't hear the tone in your voice, see your facial expressions, or your body language. The fact is that I kind of went overboard in my reply. I don't have a security system, despite making a business out of installing them for others. I don't even have a mean dog. The few guns I have are locked away in a closet, high on a shelf, with the magazines stored separately. If anyone were ever to break in, it would take me too long to arm myself. lol. And besides that, we don't have anything that valuable in our home to make it worth shooting someone over, except our lives,, of course.

Bill, I knew what you meant the first time I read your post. You obviously meant to 'DROP, ' as in dropping the bomb of sanctions on Russia. For a while, we could trust Putin to a certain extent. Trump said in his first term that he could get along and negotiate with  Putin. However, things have changed significantly since then. Putin has become like a madman. He doesn't want peace or ceasefires. He wants Ukraine and will stop at nothing to get it back under the old USSR control. President Trump said that he doesn't know what has gotten into him now. He can't even negotiate with him now.

Good article Les and I concur about most of us being Zesties.  I have mentioned before that I'm in Rotary Club.  One of the things in Rotary I'm involved with is Interact (which is High School Rotary).  We hear about so many problems with our youth but I can tell you that the majority, and probably the vast majority are good kids.  Keep moving.  A moving target is harder to hit!!

I watched the proceedings at the White House yesterday, saying 'goodbye ' to Elon Musk as the leader of DOGE. The Dems are celebrating, thinking this is the end of DOGE. But Elon made it clear that "THIS ISN'T THE END OF DOGE. IT'S REALLY THE BEGINNING".The Dems are elated that Elon didn't find the trillions of dollars of waste he promised to find. But DOGE is still working, and it will be found. It took the crooked left a long time to hide the money; it will take a while to find it all, but they will. Remember, we are talking about OUR money.

I am very happy about what DOGE has already accomplished, and with so little time. I am sure the Group of  People will find the Trillion Dollars, and possibly a Trillion more. The main question I have is that much of this money is supposedly already allotted by Congress and Senate, if so, is there a Follow Up mechanism that tracks the money to see if it all goes to the designated, and what hands the money goes through getting to its alleged Final Destination. Who? and How Much is Actually Received? That is also a concern.

Because I live in Colorado and get some additional info, Colorado is a sanctuary state so it stands in the way of I.C.E. Performing its Congressional Required duties.  The fire bomber in Boulder was designated for removal from Our Country.  He applied to buy a firearm and was turned down because his work visa had expired and therefore he was here illegally.  All these burn victims wouldn't be suffering now, and probably for the remainder of their lives from the burns and terror they experienced!  If he had been turned over to I.C.E. by the State of Colorado and removed from Our Country.  I am sick about the anti-Semantic waccos in this Country.
