G'day all from the land downunder. Funny how time goes by and you ask yourself," how meny people really remember you.?" If you remember me as being a "JURK" I most likely was one. Sorry to all those who i made fun of,..can't really remember much. some names ring a bell in my head and some i wish i could remember. Christie Palarino (Mahl)

You know, Diane (Hyde) was such a good friend of mine, and I was aware of her battle with cancer, both early and later on. I still miss her. I also was aware of Paula's accident years ago. But I often wondered about Doreen Hurley and how long she fought cystic fibrosis. I remember her so well, but I never heard what happened after high school. Does anyone have any info on her? God bless all on our in memory list.

Barbara Schoen (Newell) Doreen Hurley lost her battle with CF a few years after high school. She struggled with CF all of her life, but never let it keep her down. She was very active in raising money for CF, because of her efforts and the efforts of many others, we are that closer to finding a cure. Also I believe Gwen Stephens passed away as well, anyone have any info on her?

Susan Needell (Privett) I am looking forward to being there. I already set the date aside. Now I have 2 things to look forward to 2010, my son getting married on January 1 and the reunion in July. The dates are perfectly spread apart.

Carol Swensen (Anthony) Hey Donna H., I was one of those kindergarteners who slept for 2 hours at nap time too. My teacher would let everyone get up and they would just work around me, I slept through everything. Every week I went home with the award for best sleeper at nap time, and was sooooo proud of that....

Katherine Bahrenburg (O'Connell) I don't remember sleeping a lot during nap time, but I certainly enjoy naps now! Anyone else?

Catherine Mitchell (Hosking) Hello All....How is everyone from the class of 1980???? I hope to see you all at the reunion....I'can't belive we have been out of school for THIRTY YEARS??? Catherine Mitchell (Hosking) Deby, I dodn't think people hated you!!! We were teenagers and teenagers = Idiots..... I look back and shake my head at some of dumb ass things I did and desicions I made.....we get past it move on and can actually live a fairly normal life...for the most part...so don't sweat, it....

Holly Boniface (Bodnar)

I stopped by Verkeederkill Park yesterday and took a few pictures. The maintenance crew was cleaning up the leaves and getting ready for the new season. There are several charcoal grills set up around the park.
