D I R E C T I O N S

Our 40-year reunion will be held at the clubhouse of The Isles at the Highlands in Plum Borough, an eastern suburb of Pittsburgh, approximately 12 miles driving distance from Morningside. 

GPS users: This is located in a new plan of Ryan homes, the Highlands.  If the address, 601 Glengarry Court, Pittsburgh, PA, 15239 is not in your GPS, use 1056 Old Leechburg Road, Pittsburgh, PA  15239.  This will bring you to the entrance of the plan, then L on Stirling, L on Aberdeen, clubhouse dead ahead at the end of Aberdeen where it intersects Glengarry.

Easiest directions for those taking the PA Turnpike (Monroeville exit, mile marker 57 OR Parkway East (Murrysville exit):  Exit to Route 22 eastbound.  Just past Levin Furniture exit right onto Route 286 (aka Golden Mile Highway).  Follow 286 to the fourth traffic light at the Burger King.  Turn left onto New Texas Road.  Follow New Texas for 4.1 miles, crossing over Route 380 (Saltsburg Road) at the 4-way stop.   Just past Plum Creek cemetery on the left the road will bend to the left.  Turn right at that point onto Old Leechburg Road.  About a quarter mile ahead is the entrance to the Highlands.  Follow bold directions above. 

From Morningside: Follow Butler Street to Allegheny River Blvd.  Continue past Nadine Road and turn right on Sandy Creek Road.  At the first traffic light, turn left onto Verona Road.   Verona Road will bear left, but continue up the hill on Saltsburg Road.  You will pass an Arby’s on the left, 3 Lakes Golf Course (former  Alcoma  Country Club) on the right, Plum Aqua Swim Club on the left.  At the bottom of the hill there is a Puff Tobacco Shop.   Saltsburg Road (Rt 380) turns left there, then bears right at the fork.   In a short distance you will see a sign for John Anthony’s Restaurant.  Turn left onto Center-New Texas Road.  Follow past Center Elementary School,  Plum Senior Center, Plum Creek Cemetery till the road ends in a T.  Turn left onto New Texas Road, then a pretty quick right onto Old Leechburg Road.   About a quarter mile ahead is the entrance to the Highlands.  Follow bold directions above.
