Carl, I hope you are doing well...I still laugh when remembering the night you drove up to my house and got my, and others, attention by popping your clutch and blowing your transmission! ...I can still see the sparks when the tranny case blew out!??

So sorry to hear about Wes passing...in 1996 we were his guests at the beautiful Desert Mountain Resort in Cave Creek, AZ.  He arranged for Judy and I and fellow '52 Grantonian, Bill Wright and his wife, Karin, to stay in a home near his palatial home, while we visited.  Wes and his wife Barbara were wonderful hosts and treated us to golf on one of the 5 Nicklaus-designed golf courses at the resort.  Our sincere condolences to his family...
