I completed my B.S. in Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1993 and started by working as an Instructor Pilot. In 1995 I was hired to fly two corporate jets for a private owner. In 1997 I went to work for American Eagle Airlines and flew as a Captain on four different aircraft. June 10, 1998 Debra and I were married in Keller, TX. In January 2008 I was hired by United Airlines flying the Airbus A-320 but was furloughed a year later. I am now employed at Virgin America flying the Airbus based in San Francisco, but I continue to live in Texas.... I bet I win the award for longest commute to work!... lol Virgin America is by FAR the best airline I have worked for. Our Airbus aircraft are configured to carry 149 passengers with plenty of leg room. We also have the most sophisticated in-flight entertainment system in the USA. Come fly with us next time and see for yourself, and maybe we will even bump into each other along the way. :)
