First Website Visit

Please read this page if it is your first visit to our website.  It should answer most of your questions on creating your profile and password, updating your personal information, and using this website.

This website is maintained and hosted by several 1979 classmates and is completely FREE to all alumni who are listed as a classmate. You will never be asked to pay for creating your profile or accessing other alumni profiles. This website considers a "classmate" or “alumni” to be anyone who was a member of the Central High School Class of 1979.

Before you can update your personal information and access password protected pages, you must create your profile and password. Please click on Classmate Profiles, find your name and click on it.  Follow the prompts to create your profile and password. The password you enter during this process will be used as your login password. If you can't find your name on the Classmate Profiles page, please contact '79er Dave Johnson by clicking the Contact Us button.  If you can prove you're one of the elite Cobbler '79ers, he'll add your name. 

***IMPORTANT:  Be sure to add our email address to your address book and adjust your spam settings to ensure you receive emails that keep you updated with the website and reunion details as they become available. The email address can be found by clicking on the Contact Us button.***

You have the option to password protect your personal profile, which blocks the general public and search engines from accessing your profile details. Once your profile has been created you will be able to view profiles of your fellow classmates and begin interacting with them. Most profiles have a picture of classmates from the PineCone '79 yearbook, so you can recall how we all looked and how fashionable were our hairstyles and garb. For those who didn't have a picture in the yearbook, but would like a senior picture added to your profile, just email us the scanned image and we'll be happy to add it. Once you've created your password and updated your profile, you may choose to keep your personal information private, such as your street address and phone number. When others click on your name, they will see only your city and state, and any other contact information that you choose to put on your profile. However, if you send a message to a classmate through his or her profile, that classmate will obtain your email address so communication back and forth may occur. 

A green check by someone’s profile indicates that classmate's profile information has not been verified, and the information is only the last known. A yellow star by someone’s profile indicates that classmate has been on this website and has updated his or her profile with current information.
