When we were in the seventh grade, Rick sat in front of me in homeroom class. I was very shy and he used to sit and talk to me all the time. From that year on whenever he saw me he would always give me a big smile and say Hello. It meant alot to me being as shy as I was. I miss that smile.

Rick was awesome. I knew him since grade school. He was a genuine and fun-loving guy that always had a good heart. He would go out of his way to help anyone who really needed it.

I knew Rick from grade school on up to Central. I will always remember his laugh. He always said hello and would talk to you.

OMG.. I am so sad to hear that he is gone. I "dated" or "went out" or whatever it was called in 8th grade. Some of you might remember the "Danny Harville Fight at the Church." 8th grade... South Jr. High. He was right by my side. One black eye later... a moment I'm not proud of but will always remember.

I knew Rick from grade school through high school and was really sad to hear about this. Rick was always very sweet to me and all the girls I hung around with. We will miss you! God be with your family now and always!

Rick was a great guy.  I'm sorry we didn't stay in touch.  I sure would've liked to ride our Harleys together.
