Robert Pasqualucci

Life truely has been a journey since leaving high school. After a short stint at Aberdeen's Northern State College, I married Andrea Moser (Class of 1980) and we joined the military in 1980. I have always maintained my association with the Army ever since. Presently I am the attorney for the South Dakota National Guard, and as some of you may know both pro and con, I was a prosecutor for the Pennington County State's Attorneys Office (SAO) for 6 years.

Andi and divorced following her return from Desert Storm in 1991. I attended law school at the University of Missouri in KC from 1990 -1993, and then moved back home to Rapid City to work at the SAO for the next 6 years. Following a run at trying to get elected as a Judge (I came in a decent 2nd place), I then returned to full time military duty as the Staff Judge Advocate for the SD National Guard (JAG). I married Penny in 1997, who had 2 girls, Amber and Briana.

Today I enjoy most outdoor activities and believe I am a better than average poker player - feel free to invite me to a home game!!!

My core possee in those days consisted of Kevin Murphy, Larry Kaiser, Steve Thomas and Jim Meyers (among others).

We enjoyed going up into the hills and frequently camped out in the wilderness, hiking, fishing and probably some drinking (LOL).

There are alot of favorite school stories, if you get a chance, ask Murphy about brown socks, Thomas about brown flies, Kaiser about guests that won't stop banging on the door and Meyers about ice cream cone cut-outs!!!
