Yearbook
Living in the Southwest the last 14 years I have longed for the green and waterfalls of California. My children born in 2000 era are all dogs. My only memories of Red Bluff are not good. We moved there because my father went to Prison for killing my grandfather, and my mother was now a single parent. Our rich Jewish Grandmother in San Francisco would send us great expensive gifts for Christmas. HER name was Erna Pauliene Riese. We were so poor with seven kids, that every day we would go to various houses in the neighborhood to eat. Debbie Rutherford's family also said they were happy I came by because i would eat the leftovers. I used to walk for miles and miles through the unfenced cattle ranches with my dog Huey. He was part chow and shepherd. I would say hello to everyone who walked by me at high school because I was hoping it made me appear friendly and I could be popular too. (hahah). I was shy around boys and had secret crushes on Jerry Bloxham and someone else. I was super sensitive. My only solace was to hide myself in books and avoid people by the long hikes. I read so many books that I do not read anymore. (joking). I found out this year by reading the book the mystery of spiritual sensitivity that I was meant t be. I am the one that picks up the dog on the side of the road, and thats why I have four little rescued dogs at present. No, I will not share, get your own dog. (haha). My son Ryan graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Sociology, and my son Ryden is now at San Diego State for the degree in Space Robotics. My daughter RoseMichelle is working on her Art Therapy degree. Rosemichelle …her name is derived from Michelle Weston, her sweet memory. Michelle Weston always had a smile on her face. We used to swim in the REd Bluff Swim team together. Also, I was a member of the Red Bluff Swim team since I was eight years old, and during all those years I never paid dues for being on the team, and I think they just thought because I showed up for practice as a little kid with no family to watch me that …they let is slide. I used to love the fourth of July in Red Bluff, to lay down on the grass at the park and the entire town would be laying on the ground looking up at the sky, and utter euuuu, and ahhhs over and over, as if we were united in the same feeling. Well I could ramble on as some good memories are flying by now, but just want to say: Happy Fourth of July. Remember it is never to late to love someone. If you can love the unlovely than chances are you understand that you can hate the sin, but love the person. hugs to all
Do you mean High School? Well I wanted to be popular or something so I went with Lisa Gaines to my first every party. It was first to her house for those loaded with something brownies, than I drank some loaded with something drinks, then straight to the dance. At the dance the usual happened. I was the wall flower. I was five feet ten inches in eighth grade, and in high school I was probably the same intimadating height. I threw up somewhere in the parking lot. The only other time I had a similar Brownie was in the South of France where I was living in a French Bed and Breakfast and painting murals on the walls of the house. I got very sick again, and then vowed to never have those lovely chocolate items, or strong drink again. I write plays, and film, and biographies loaded with secrets. My favorite organization is Counter Intelligence. I worked for them organizing data and searching for lost people. I am currently retired from the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the only person I know here from Red Bluff is Andy Cox--and I remembered chasing him on the black top of Lincoln Street School in Red Bluff. I was such a child flirt. The very thought of attending any school reunion brings back these feelings of shy, I am fat now feelings, but hugs to you all for living as long as we have to get together one more time.
