Wanda Blacksmith Peacock

Attended Stewarts Hairstyling in Sioux Falls after graduation. Married and divorced. Moved to Rapid City in 1981 and worked in the secretarial field. Married Randy Peacock in 1983. Worked for the City of Rapid City at the Regional Airport as Administrative Assistant for twenty years and retired this past September. Randy and I have been raising 5 grandchildren from the ages 7-15 for several years. We have a busy fullfilling lifestyle and I enjoy being home where I have finally been able to enjoy watching movies, reading and doing my Lakota Angels home business. I have a passion for my yard which I will be able to give full attention to this spring and summer.

Skipped school with Diane Berg one afternoon and went to her house. Diane pulled a bottle of Morgan David wine out of the refrigerator and took a big swig and handed it to me - it tasted pretty bad!
Enjoyed our basketball and cheerleading times. Feared (and loved) Mr. Cadwell and feared Mrs. Anderson!
I loved my years at Reliance High.

Not too often anymore. I have been back for two high school reunions and the Centennial which was so much fun and I had a chance to see many Reliance grads. I think the Reliance Centenial was more fun than any reunion. Enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia.

Randy and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Honolulu and Kaui last April and that was the perfect vacation where nothing went wrong! Great memory maker!
Have traveled to Bergen, Norway to visit my sister Ila and family.

Spare time, what spare time? LOL. Reading, art work, movies - just getting caught up on the simple things in life since retiring. Enjoy being home full time taking care of my busy family.
