We will celebrate our REUNION and OKTOBERFEST at the same time.

Let us know if you will be attending and how many will be in your party, 
so we can plan accordingly.

sure we have you listed correctly.

We have coordinated a very nice hotel.  Its one of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach.
I was planning to post the hotel information today, but the hotel still has a bit of processing
to our contract on their end, and input the information into their computer.

Once all of the processing is done, a discount code will be generated, that our members will give when booking your room reservations, in order to get the discounted room rates.

I'm very delighted with the room rates and all the amenities that we will have. 
The hotel is taking great care of us.

Sadly, I won't be able to post the hotel information till Monday, or whenever they send me the information.  I assure you, its well worth the wait.

even if we tell them not till Monday)

MORE GREAT NEWS 

On Thursday evening of our reunion,  WE WILL HAVE OUR   "ICE BREAKER CELEBRATION"
This will be held in our Hospitalty Room.  More information to follow on this.
Hospitality Room will be located in  Tower 3, on the 2nd Floor.

On Friday evening of our reunion, we are working a great surprise.

On Saturday evening of our reunion, FOR OUR REUNION CELEBRATION DINNER,
we will be dining in one of the BEST SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS in 
Myrtle Beach.  

Most everyone having been to Myrtle Beach, has at least heard of:
THE ORIGINAL BENJAMIN'S CALABASH SEAFOOD RESTAURANT.
One of the largest seafood "buffet" restaurants in town.
If you like crab legs, this includes unlimited amount.
If this is your first time dining their, the staff will give you a tour of the various areas of where
the buffet is located.

To include a bit of romance, our dining room will overlook the Intracoastal Waterway.
The price of this buffet, is usually over $50 per person, but we coordinated a price of only
$38 (all inclusive). (please be sure to tip your wait staff accordingly)

Note: We'll be taking a head count for those that will be attending this dinner.
We MUST give a Head Count, 7 days prior our event.

Around 7pm, we'll begin with our 2026 Rhein Main Fall Reunion Program. 

We are coordinating other events, but will disclose these, once we have confirmed everything.
