Carl W. Jones, Jr., 82, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015. 
Carl was born in Mt. Airy, North Carolina to Carl W. Jones, Sr and Eva Pruitt Jones. 
Carl retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the VFW. 
Assigned to the 7406th Support Squadron at Rhein Main AB, Germany. 1968 - 1973.
He leaves his wife, Elfriede; children, Ed Rohrbach of Fairfax, VA, Wanda Rohrbach of San Antonio, TX and April Elmore of Middleburg, FL; sisters, Mary Jo White and Nancy Hayes of Mt. Airy, N.C.; three grandchildren, Tiffany Corey, Kimberly Three and Kyle Elmore.
He will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery.
