Rhein Main Air Base Wing Commander

Brig. Gen. (ret.) Theodore P. Crichton, was the commander of the
435th TAW at Rhein Main, with 16 locations under his command in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, from 1975-78. Heartbroken to say that he recently passed away at age 98, at home. He had 35 years of service, beginning as an enlisted man in World War II. We lived in Gateway Gardens, and I went to FAHS. So many wonderful memories of a time, place and people now gone by.
