J. Mark Jones

I worked for several Cement Companies and found my place in Purchasing and logistics and became Director of Purchasing and Logistics for a Rutile mine in Sierra Leone West Africa. After the 1995 war I entered into my own business. It is wonderful at times and a real struggle at times. My lovely wife Martha is my rock. We both sing at our Church, Central Moravian Church in Bethlehem, PA We are celebrating our 280th year in 2022. I would like to make the 300th but only time will tell. We have so far survived the Pandemic and have each gotten both our shots and are fully vaccinated.

Born in Georgia I started school in Nazareth PA moved to Richmond my senior year and graduated from Henrico. I was so blessed to be in Choir and Madrigals with Mr Koch and also Oklahoma that year. In the fall of 1970 I returned to Pennsylvania for College at Moravian College and have stayed in Pennsylvania. I traveled the world for years as head of purchasing and logistics for the worlds largest natural Rutile Mine in Sierra Leone West Africa. Now I run an Export business and service clients in North Africa, South America, the Philippines and Egypt.
