It was always a dream of mine to someday move to California. In early 1992 I was offered an opportunity to do so. I sold my house and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area July 5, 1992. Alameda is an island and city across the Bay from San Francisco. The Bay Area offers plenty of golf courses and wineries to explore. I always enjoy coming back to Minnesota to visit family and friends. Don't miss the winters however.
