Charlys Porter Char Love

I was married for 25 years and have 3 grown children, Tracy who is a registered nurse, Jen who is a social worker (both living in Mpls area) and Trevor who settled in the Washington, DC area after 4 years in the Air Force and now works as a network administrator.

I was divorced in 1989 and lived and worked in the Minneapolis area until 1996. Most of my career I worked for a company called RCIS, which is now part of Wells Fargo. I worked there in several different capacities over the years but the bulk of that career I worked as the Computer Operations Manager and System Administrator. I worked at their national headquarters in Anoka until 1996 when I took a job transfer and the company moved me to a satellite office in North Carolina. My goal was to move to and retire in a warmer climate and I was fortunate to accomplish that goal.

I met my second husband, Al, in North Carolina and we eventually moved to Florida. I took my job with me again and worked for the same MN company from my Naples home... thanks to virtual technology. I retired from RCIS in 2002 after 18 years of service. Since our retirements we have done lots of traveling, something we both enjoy. (Al passed away June 2017) :-(

Between us we have 7 children and soon to be 10 grandchildren. We spend as much time as we can with them... they are the joy in our lives.

After 12 years in Naples, FL we made a decision to move to Aiken, SC where we currently reside.
