Wiiliam F. Cabaniss, Jr.
(August 23, 1947 - August 18, 2010)

 Fort Lawn – Mr. William Forrest Cabaniss, Jr., 62, of 5436 Poverty Hollow Road, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road with President Terry Gaskin officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, Mr. Cabaniss was a son of the late William Forrest Cabaniss, Sr. and Marcile Blue Cabaniss. He was retired from Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lancaster Ward.

He is survived by his wife, Anne Hargrove Cabaniss; three sons, Heath Cabaniss, Daniel Cabaniss and Thomas Cabaniss; eight daughters, Zoe Friloux, Nicole Cabaniss, Laurie Lewis, Amanda Louchez, Katie Cabaniss, Jennifer Cabaniss, Courtney Cabaniss, and Carolina Cabaniss; one sister, Kay Cabaniss and 11 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Rock Hill Ward, Saluda Street, Rock Hill.

I just learned of Wiliam's death today and I am so saddened. We were high school "Bubas"! He always had a smile and sense of joy about him. The world is a little darker now without his light!

 I  just heard of William's passing today. He was a great guy and we loved to poke fun at each other. We will miss him each and every day.
