ROCK HILL - Janis Love Lefler, 61, of 1756 Elmwood Drive, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at her residence.

A native of Lancaster, Mrs. Lefler was born July 6, 1947, a daughter of the late Glenn and Roberta Robertson Love. She was a homemaker and member of St. Anne Catholic Church. Her greatest passion was her family.

Surviving are her husband, William "Bill" Lefler; two sons, Billy Lefler Jr. and his wife, Renee, of Rock Hill and Chris Lefler and his wife, Casey, of Rock Hill; two daughters, Kimberly Lefler and Dawn Lefler, both of Rock Hill; a sister, Tammy Alexander and her husband, Wayne of Rock Hill; and three grandchildren, Haley, Seth and Wyatt Lefler.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lefler will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Grandview Memorial Park Mausoleum on Cherry Road, with Father Joseph Wahl officiating.
