Alice was a very dear friend and an inspiration to all who knew her. She fought cancer for approximately 14 years. Her faith in her Lord sustained her all those years. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. No matter how bad she felt, she was always dressed neatly and every hair in place. When you asked her how she felt, she would say, "Fine. How you doing?" It was never about her. I miss her, but I know she is in heaven in a healthy body--no more tears, no more pain. Thank you for being my friend, Alice.
