Message on FB November 10 by Rita Norman Ferrell. Keep her and the family in your prayers. They attended our reunion in 2016:

My husband and love of my life for over 50 years passed away last night. He will certainly be missed but his memories and sense of humor will be shared by many for years to come. He loved and enjoyed life and everyone in it more than anyone I know. Please keep our family in your prayers for the days to come as our hearts are broken.

So many deaths.  So many heartaches.  I have not checked our Bearcat website in some time and am so saddened to hear of the loss of so many dear persons.  May  God give much grace, strength & peace to each of you who mourns.  Yearning for the day when death will forever be defeated!

It was a fun and nostalgic time on the Friday after Thanksgiving get together with the Class of ‘65. We need to thank Linda Jordan and John Kee and their classmates for making the event happen. This year however we had fewer people than last year and no one from our class came out. As one classmate told me today over the phone, she was exhausted after Thanksgiving and did not have the energy. I completely understand.

A conversation was had Friday night about having a joint get together at another time of the year. Some of you also suggested this on your survey response. Feel free to express your suggestions here or email me at rebechel3@aol.com. We will keep trying!

Becky
