I am so saddened by this news.  Bill and I were great friends in high school, even though we lost touch after that.  During the summer after Junior Year we would go after school to Lake Wylie and water ski.  He was really good at it!

Does anyone know the cause of death?

I am so sad to hear of Bill's death. We were friends through grade school and high school and lived in the same neighborhood. Spent many days playing baseball and basketball at he local park. Enjoyed trips to Lake Wylie to ski.  Although we only had occaissional contact after leaving Rock Hill High he certainly will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

I am very sad to hear this. Bill and I were friends all through high school and Clemson. We lost touch soon after he moved to Raleigh. Not only did he like to water ski, he was a very good snow skier. Our senior year in study hall, we helped Mrs. Wheeles with her math to get her high school diploma after which she went on to get a teaching degree from Winthrop. I remember helping him study to sky jump. That was a scary day when he did first jump. I wonder if he still had that old car of his. Many fond memories of Bill.

I met Bill in the 7th grade when he came with a group from Bellview School. Everyone just fit right in. He was a nice guy and always had a nice smile. After 7th and 8th grade at Central I didn't see him a lot. I wish his family the best during this sad time. It's a hard road to travel. Rest In Peace Bill.

Sorry to hear about Bill"s passing. We worked out at Steve Teno's for a long time. He was a good friend and I know anyone that knew him will say he will be missed.

So very sorry to learn of Bill's passing.  Too many have gone too soon.  A friend of mine's Mother just passed away.  Her mother told her,  never say that you lost your mother,  I merely changed my address.  You know exactly where I am and I'll just say that Bill changed his address!!'m. RIP dear friend!
