I don't remember an awful lot about Kevin, but he and I were in grade school (Ebenezer) together and then in a few classes at Sullivan and RHHS - he was always kind - I think that is best word to describe him. Not too shabby, Kevin! Well done!
I remember Kevin. I actually went to the Jr./Sr Prom with him. I remember him as a tall skinny kid. Quiet and a little shy. Rest in Peace Kevin. I was blessed to have known you.
Kevin was one of those people who cared more about other people than himself. Through high school he was smart and always tried to please - especially his teachers. I only saw him a few times after high school. Apparently he stayed with his grandmother. I think he told me had diabetes pretty bad but he was more concerned about getting a better job and helping his grandmother (she was in poor health). It wasn't long after that I heard he had passed away. He obviously did not take very good care of himself - more concerned with others. I remember when he and Debbie joined John, Charlotte, Lynn and me for the prom. It was a big deal and the memories are fond ones for sure. You know - this world could sure use more people like Kevin Caulder!

What Sam wrote makes me wish I had known Kevin. He had a real testimony...Here is a rose for you, Kevin....I'll get to meet you in heaven...
