13+ years Army/National Guard - enlisted 1989, made Staff Sergeant and attended Officer Candidate School (Mustang). Commissioned as a Cavalry Officer. Spent approximately 4.5 years active duty. Spent way too many months in Tanks, HUMVEES, and C-130's.

University of St Thomas (Acct). Held positions as Asst Controller of the Rainforest Cafe, Asst Controller for Radisson Corp and National Sales Manager of software and consulting for a manufacturing software sales and engineering company.

Started Sage Homes in 2001 and now I know what real work is. If you want to be married to your job, start a company.
